Swimmin’ in the Silver was inspired by a winter swim early one August morning at Merewether Ocean Baths, when the light is soft and the day is full of possibilities.

The crisp morning air chills the skin and the water temperature can literally take your breath away, but the exhilarating rush of cold and the hot shower afterward make it all worthwhile.

This is an authentic reproduction from an original oil painting, professionally photographed, colour matched and printed onto 310gms Ilford Galerie Prestige cotton rag art paper or Ilford Galerie Natural unstretched canvas with pigment archival ink.

Prints are limited edition hand signed and numbered. Prints onto unstretched canvas come with a mirrored edge to allow for stretching.
