1 | Initial enquiry
Fill out the enquiry form with a brief description of your unique idea or vision. Measure your wall space and include a preferred size estimate.

Commissions are accepted at my discretion and considered individually, depending on subject matter and time frames.
If we decide to move forward, a friendly conversation is the perfect next step, a chance to explore your vision and ensure I fully understand what you’d like to bring to life.
3 | Let’s chat
Based on our discussion, I’ll send a detailed quote outlining the painting’s price, description, size, medium, framing options, and any applicable shipping costs. Once all the details have been negotiated a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the sketch process, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
4 | Sketch process
A coloured sketch done to scale in pastel pencil will be created for your review and feedback, with up to three revisions included in the quoted price. These preliminary sketches help refine the details and ensure we share a clear vision before moving forward.
5 | Time frame and Completion
The artwork typically takes around 4–6 weeks to complete after the final sketch is approved. I’m happy to share progress photos along the way, or if you’d prefer a surprise, you’re welcome to wait until the finished reveal. Once the piece is complete, you’ll receive a final photo for approval. After approval, an invoice will be issued, and full payment, including any shipping costs, will be required before delivery.
6 | Pricing
Please note that commissioned artwork is an investment that generally costs more than purchasing existing pieces from my website or exhibitions. Each custom order involves more planning, time and collaboration. The pricing reflects the extra care and creative energy dedicated to bringing your unique vision to life.
