Processing your order
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Shipping processing time
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 days. I will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

Shipment locations
Domestic only. Belinda Dorey Art does not ship internationally currently. We ship domestic only, anywhere in Australia.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, I make every effort to fulfill your order.

Standard shipping
The order is estimated to arrive within 2 -10 Business Days from date of shipping. Standard shipping and insurance costs to the value of the item are included in the purchase price.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

In store pick up is available based on product availability.
Tracking Options
Belinda Dorey Art aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at belindadoreyart@gmail.com.
Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was received within 30 days of contact, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product. I will arrange to either repair or refund (pending Insurance approval) the damaged product, provided you have contacted me within 7 days from the date of receiving the product and returned it within the 30-day period.

Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, often, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Belinda Dorey Art politely requests that the customer look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let me know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order please contact me at belindadoreyart@gmail.com to report missing or lost packages.
