  • Yes, we ship within Australia. Free local drop off is also available. 

  • We offer free shipping within Australia with included tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery. Smaller items are sent via Australia Post, and we use a courier for larger works of art.  

  • We aim to process and package your order within 3 - 5 business days of receiving payment, with standard shipping times between 7 - 14 days.  

    During times of high demand, processing times may vary, but we will provide you with updates if this is the case. The tracking number will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

  • No, we currently only ship within Australia. 

  • All artworks and prints are securely packaged with protective layers to ensure safe delivery, however, should a parcel arrive damaged please get in contact via email or the contacts form within 7 days of receiving your goods. Include photos of the damage so we can assist with a claim and provide a suitable resolution. See Shipping Policy. 

  • Yes, simply get in contact to arrange a holding deposit of 30% to secure your purchase. An individual payment plan can then be arranged. Once the balance of the work has been paid your purchase will be ready for pick up or shipping. 

  • Some paintings are framed, and this is clearly stated in the product information.  

  • If you would like recommendations for Picture Framers in the Newcastle area we can help, please send an enquiry. We can also organise framing if required. Please note this may extend processing and delivery times. 

  • Refunds and exchanges are offered at my discretion. Please get in touch within 7 days of receipt to discuss. See Returns and Refunds Policy. 

  • Original paintings and prints are available to view and purchase from Make Space Gallery at the Station, corner of Watt and Scott Streets Newcastle. Open 10-3 Thursday to Sunday. It’s an artist’ run collective and well worth a look if you are in Newcastle. 

    Prints are also available in all sizes, unsigned, from The Mitch Revs Gallery, 203 Union Street the Junction.
