The Cowrie Hole between Nobbys Beach and Newcastle Ocean Baths with its beautiful rock ledge to explore at low tide is also the popular jump off point for surfers paddling out to its lovely little break.
At times it can be awash with powerful surf and at others a tranquil cove.
There is so much to see and capture here at different times of the day and at different tides. This aspect, looking across to Nobbys headland in the afternoon at low tide is just one moment.
